4/27/08: E-John optioned to Durham; A-Can called up

Elliot Johnson to Durham; Andy Cannizarro to the big club. (TBO.com)
Kind of a no-brainer in my opinion; Johnson needs to get at bats, and he wasn’t going to get them here. On the other hand, there’s very little development that Cannizaro can do at this point in his career. I’ve got no problem with the move.
