He hits the first guy, and then strikes out three guys who didn’t even stand a chance against him, blowing 99 mph gas along with a sick off-speed pitch. He was AMAZING. Yes, gents, he’s that good.

I am listening to it on the gameday. The Yanks announcers were throughly impressed with his stuff.

I betcha Price did it on purpose. I hope he develops an aggressive style that keeps the opponents wary.
If you make it a Spanish site, call it Ray-Mundo! Otherwise, how about Ray-Burn or Bossman, Pena and Longoria going to beat on opposing pitchers dot com?

Watching the game up here in Jersey on YES. I was saying something similar while watching Price as well. WOW! 97-99mph heaters followed by a 70 mph off-speed, all with excellent location (save one). Even the Yankee fans were stoked! Just keep him away from Baldelli! (sorry Rocco, JK). ;)

Anyone want to venture a date that the Rays announce that Rocco is shut down and goes on a long term disabled status? I bet someone in the Rays’ clubhouse already has a pool going….

I predict that Price will pitch for the Rays sometime this year. I also predict he will win a Cy Young within three. The Rays’ young talent and their bats will help him with the wins.
