The podcast slogan should be “It is what it is.” For some reason I get a kick out of how many times Joe says it!

My HS poli sci teachers always loved to use the phrase “to play devil’s advocate”

Re O’Malley: The reason he made a start with the MLB team in 2006 was because it was an emergency. The Cubs had played an 18-inning game the night before in Houston and the Dust Bag had used all 25 players. They were playing a day game the next day. O’Malley’s team was in Round Rock that day.

Sent the tweet out. I expect a favorite. I also have a suggestion: Put the podcast note into every post, as well as a direct link to review in iTunes in every post.

I never got a notification that the tweet was sent.

Odd. It posted to my FB too. I didn’t touch anything. I just loaded it and hit tweet.
