		<description>Why don't they steal on Zambrano?  Two things, he's got a quick delivery, and he works well from the stretch.  No one else in the rotation does.  It's another reason on why I harp on Rothschild, it's been a problem since he came aboard.  Checking runners and working out of the stretch are coachable, delivery issues not so much.</description>
