Scouting Report on todays starters from MLB.com
Rich Hill – Hill endured the shortest outing of the season on Saturday – and shortest since August 2005 – lasting just three innings against the Padres. He gave up five runs on five hits, including three homers. He did not face the White Sox in the earlier Interleague series at Wrigley Field, and lost his only start against them last year.

Javier Vazquez – Vazquez struggled early with his command against the Pirates on Sunday in his last start. He gave up three runs in the first two innings to put the Sox in an early hole and needed 114 pitches to make it through six frames. Vazquez did not factor into the decision in the loss, yielding five earned runs on seven hits and one walk with eight strikeouts.
