Minor League Report

Written by , Posted in General

No games today and I’m enjoying the debate on the healthcare. Tomorrow we’ll have a post taking a look at the complete system by position. We did it a couple months back and I think it will be fun to do it again now that the farm seasons are in the home stretch. Minor League Notes

  • Robert Hernandez only allowed 3 runs and 4 hits over 5.1 innings pitched
  • Tony Campana was 3-for-7
  • Blake Lalli was 3-for-4

Buerhle is still a village idiot. His no-hitter was a fraud, Hairston was safe, and this perfect game he got lucky. Did anyone see the pull shift they put on for one of Tampa’s hitters in the 8th inning? If that was me hitting, I would have dropped a bunt down the 3B line. I remember watching Papi do that a couple years ago, it was hilarious
